Trains and Math

Honestly, I'm still wondering why I'm not degreed in Maths yet. No, I'm not attending a Math curse, if you're asking, but in real life I do have lots of experience with the railway system.
Timetables usually advise you that at a certain time, there will be a train in the station, that this train will arrive to your destination at another certain time. Well here, timetables show the chance that there will be a train at that time, but you always have to consider, ten or fifteen (if not twenty) minutes of late.
